Florida initiatives to be added
Replace with the programmes TFLA runs directly. Each one needs a name, who leads it, what it is trying to achieve, and how someone joins. Where something has already happened, say when and what came of it. Undated programmes read as aspirations.
Working groups
Ten GTA working groups run across the network. Florida advocates can join any of them, and the groups are where most cross-border collaboration starts.

Relevant to Florida in a way it is not everywhere. Climate resilience, coastal infrastructure and energy are live commercial questions here, not distant ones.
GTA Launch Pad
A resource hub for companies scaling into new markets, sector and country agnostic, built on the advocate networks already operating in each territory.
For Florida companies it works in both directions: a route out into Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, and a route in for international companies choosing a US landing point.
